I felt that this club needed an up to date review. They recently upgrade all of their Training Equipment, built a new Reception Area and made the Downstairs weight/cardio area twice as big as it was. so that is a plus.I have been a member for nearly a year and I think the place has improved. They have introduced MMA, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing classes…
