I never normally bother to find the time to write reviews, even if I have really felt compelled to at the time. However, after dining at Indian Cinnamon about ten times in the last 6 months since moving round the corner, I feel it’s well about time. The food at this place is, without fail, the best Indian food that I have eaten in this country (and I’ve tried a lot!). Really natural, fresh ingredients, no nasty colourings, flavourings etc, and impeccable service – friendly yet discrete staff/owners who clearly have so much passion for their cooking and business. Usually there is a special which they’ll happily talk you through, and every now and then they’ll treat you to a little surprise taster dish they are trailing and want feedback for. It’s off the High Road so I fear that if people don’t know about this place and don’t realise its potential, then yet another local business on Devonshire Road will be forced to shut down –a crying shame for everyone’s stomach! Try it, you honestly won’t be disappointed.
PS. Barry - I think YOU need to work out what real Indian cooking is about.

Poor food, not Indian at all. Has lost the idea of what proper Indian food is.
