Hey, Just wanted to let you know that my husband and myself dinned at your new 'Restaurant' on Monday 21st November. i organised my friends birthday party at the restaurant , it was such amazing experience i loved the food , the staff was really kind and very professional . i will be back again

I organised my friends baby shower at this restaurant last weekend. I planned it with an event organiser from the venue on the phone. She emailed me to confirm the booking and said she would even try to organise the kind of music that we liked and she would let the manager know that we were coming (even if she wasn't there).

When my party of 12 people turned up at the venue, the manager and staff did not know anything about it and were less than hospitable! They didn't let us sit in the room we had planned until I insisted we've already arranged this. Once we were there they kept telling us to hurry up and even came in and showed a watch to the guests and told them its time to leave! I got a cake as a surprise for my friend and asked them to put it in the fridge for a short while and I would ask them to bring it out.
After 5 minutes the manager came into our room and said to my friend, when do you want the cake? He ruined the surprise! It was a terrible and unprofessional service and I was definitely not happy. At the end he apologised but charged us in full and was happy to take our money and charge for service - but they were not happy to actually provide us a proper service!

In summary, website is good, venue is nice, food is nice, but the staff are completely unprofessional and ruined the whole experience for all of the guests!
My advice, don't organise a dinner there, you never know if you might get rude service!
