Whats On
Oxjam London is a unique series of live music events inviting Londoners to shake a leg in the name of a good cause. Taking place at a huge number of London venues until the end of March 2009, Oxjam features a line up of live music acts ready to lay it down on the night.

Live music at Oxjam
Highlight performances at this year's Oxjam include My Tiger My Timing and Red Blooded Women - both playing at 93 Feet East on Thursday 12th March 2009. There's also a DJ set by Butchered Beats featuring ARTISTS and tickets are only a fiver. So if you fancy a quality night on Brick Lane, pop down and do your bit.

Other Oxjam Events
There really is a whole host of fun to be had throughout February and March as Oxjam events come thick and fast. The Ardentes host a club night at Bar Latitude in Greenwich on Friday 13th March, with live bands entertaining the crowds with indie, rock, alternative, ska and more. There's some serious musical talent being organised on Thursday 26th March at the Troubadour, with quality indie and electronica from Shine, Beans on Toast, The Loose Salute, and Treetop Flyers. Much merriment expected.

Show some support at Oxjam London
Half of all profits from Oxjam London will be donated to the Oxfam charity organisation, giving music fans a unique opportunity to party for a good cause. Oxjam gigs are taking place across the country and Londoners are welcome to join in the fun at all the events that have been organised.

Vote for your favourites
Music fans will not want to miss out on the chance to select their favourite song from the shortlist of Oxjam acts. If you've missed out on some of the Oxjam gigs, then you can still go online to check out some of the best songs and vote for either Volcanos, The Amateurs, Saltlick, Love Ends Disaster, Hurricanes or Isolated Atoms to play at the next Leeds Festival.

New for 2009
Expect to discover fresh talent and new music at the charity gigs, with a selection of innovative artists on the Oxjam bill. Quality venues including The Troubadour Club, The Blag Club, melts Cafe Bar and 93 Feet East will be buzzing with excitement throughout the season as they host their own charity music event.

Oxjam London takes place from October 2008 - 31st March 2009 with varying open times, depending on the event. Half of all proceeds will go to Oxfam.
