The Age of the Dinosaur exhibition London event kicks off over the summer at Natural History Museum as the iconic home of the dinosaurs invites you to discover their natural habitat.

London's Natural History Museum has long been seen as the home of the dinosaur, with its stunning collection of gigantic skeletons and fosilized remains. Now you can get even closer to the real thing as the museum hosts an exhibition dedicated to recreating the 65 million year old deserts, lagoons and grasslands that were once home to these enormous reptiles.

Jurassic park
Capturing the sights and sounds of the Jurassic and Cretaceous periods inside the museum, the Age of the Dinosaur exhibition London show invites visitors to explore the millenia old world, and come face to face with its ancient residents. Spot animals hiding in trees, lurking behind rocks, and spy animatronic dinosaurs as they nestle among long extinct plants. If you're lucky you'll see the likes of a Gallimimus, a Protoceratops, an Oviraptor and a Velociraptor all walking around the museum.

Travel back in time
All dinosaur fans of any age will have dreamt of the chance of travelling back in time and visiting the landscapes where the giant creatures roam in their natural habitat. Well now you can do the next best thing ast the Age of the Dinosaur exhibition gives you the chance to experience an amazing series of specimens, interactive exhibits and pre-historic scenery. The Age of the Dinosaur exhibition London event takes place from Friday 22nd April - Sunday 4th September 2011 at Natural History Museum. Tickets are £10.00 for adults, £6.00 for children or concessions.
