The opening party for the Brick Lane bar’s new ShockShock electro pop night, you can expect a free cocktail hour and music from Celebrity Murder Party, Alicia Wolfe and Frank (Just Frank).
UFO or ET?
So, what’s the dress code for the alien fancy dress party at Brickhouse? Basically, think alien chic, outer space or ‘just way out’ as the popular Brick Lane bar and club is transformed into a glittering intergalactic playground. As it’s East London, in the heart of the fashion and media district, you can expect people to go all out with their costumes. Make an effort, drag out the silver face paint and try to outdo each other in the fancy dress stakes.
Free Cocktail Hour
What’s that? Free cocktails? The alien fancy dress party at Brickhouse will be hosting its own free cocktail hour between 9pm-10pm as a celebration of the launch of the new monthly electro pop night ShockShock. During this time a specially commissioned Alien Juice cocktail will be available to all guests for the grand total of nada.
Other Entertainment
The alien fancy dress party at Brickhouse is set to be an out of this world event and you can expect plenty in the way of entertainment during the evening. Special gifts will be handed out throughout the event, all with an interplanetary theme, of course. There will also be ‘space themed surprises’ and alien-themed games to get people – sorry, aliens – mingling. If all of that isn’t enough for you, a ‘zero-gravity’ aerial circus acrobat will be performing on the night.
Electro Tunes
Celebrity Murder Party will be providing the electro and retro-electro beats throughout the ShockShock event, alongside French electro band Frank (Just Frank) who will be beaming down from Paris for the evening to play a distinctive set of dark, brooding tunes. Sci-fi dominatrix princess Alicia Wolfe will also be on hand to perform her unique set of electro-punk music.
