Really nice bar was a fun night. nice place We left half way and bumped into a club host outside why having a smoke the company was called Tstars Parties, and said it was a nice club where we was asked where he was going and then he took us to a Exclusive club what made the night a bonus after a great night here!

My friends arranged to celebrate my birthday at All Star Lanes in Bayswater last weekend. We all had a brilliant night, the DJ was awesome and the cocktails tasted lush, especially my complementary birthday one! Will definitely be back to celebrate the next birthday.

Went for a work do, would highly recommend! Very clean, not like your usual bowling alley! Fantastic service from arriving to playing and then having dinner. Really good food and we'll definitely go back.

I just wanted to feed back that we had a wonderful time with you today, and we would recommend you to anyone for your welcome, quality of experience and service. My 2 sons, Gabriel and Laurence (aged 7 and 9), said it was one of the best birthdays they had had, and we enjoyed ourselves enormously too. I would particularly like to commend our table waiter who was efficient, friendly and put up with 13 children under 10 with calm dignity! Many thanks. Polly W.

All Star was fantastic for a Birthday party..it wasn't too crowded, the service was amazing, it was clean and very funky inside. Everyone loved the food.

I can't recommend it highly enough

Celebrated my 30th birthday party here last week in their Private Room and had a fantastic time. The bartender kept mine and my guests glasses full with potent and seriously good cocktails, everyone chowed on finger-lickin' canapes and the DJ kept everyone dancing until the small hours. I had so much fun I almost forgot I'm becoming an old woman...

Totally overpriced for cheap quality house branded spirits.

Only four bowling lanes with very little standing / sitting space means it gets very cramped.

Would not go back. Expensive and over-rated.

I recently spent a night at All Star Lanes for a work do, it was such a great way to get everyone socialising with staff they wouldn’t usually mingle with.

I was a bit worried at first as I haven’t been bowling since I was a child but as soon as we arrived I was absolutely taken back the atmosphere...the music and just the whole vibe of the place, and completely forgot about my bowling “fears”.

The staff all looked like they were having a blast which also helps make it an enjoyable experience...along with the delicious variety of cocktails, of course! Thanks ASL for a fab night!!!

Went there for my Gfs birthday a few weeks back. We had around 16 people there. It all started off well but the bowling lanes that we were using kept on jamming! Lane 1 was the worst, I had to go back at least 7 times over a 30 slot, this gets a bit tedious when you are just trying to have fun with your mates.

Fair play to them they did offer us al free drinks which was a bonus. When we sat down for our meal I was still trying to get the last of the drinks in, called the waiter over who was being a smart arse! Asking if we could get the rest of the drinks, he was replying, 'what? what room number are you in!'

I was not amused with the customer service and his attitude.Apart from the lanes not working properly and the ass of an Aussie male waiter, the food was great! The rack of ribs was excellent and the burgers looked yummy too.The place itself looks great and has a nice atmosphere and a well stocked bar too.So, its a thumbs up if you are not expecting amazing service...

I love bowling but find it hard to get my friends to come join me to sit in a grimy place eating greasy chips and burgers. I had heard about All Star Lanes from a friend who raved about this “cool bowling alley with a huge cocktail bar.” So of course I went straight down there with my mates to check it out. We had an awesome night. It is such a great idea – I just can’t believe no one thought of it before. My only worry now is that I am going to find myself here a little too often and unless I get a pay rise this could cause a few problems! All in all I can’t exaggerate what a cool place this is. Finally there is a bowling alley where your friends will be happy to chill in the bar and drink or even sit in the restaurant while marvelling at your tenth strike in a row! Amazing.

This place has potential perhaps but it would be helped greatly if they could be bothered to pick up their phone.

Went there 1st time with my GF, had a great time. Tried going back, myself + 11 guests and found staff on the phone money hungry and unwilling to compromise with me.
They gave very poor customer service and weren't listening to what I had to say. One manager said "I don't see why I should do that as nothings gone wrong." I asked her why does something have to go wrong for you to give me good service. She didn't reply.

All Stars is a nice building, everything's new clean but just hope that you don't have to interact with staff. They're just after your wallet. From front of house staff, to managers to senior managers its as if the company policy is on money.

If you're looking 4somewhere expensive to bowl then choose her, if your looking for memories for your birthday it's not worth the disappointment.

A beautiful place but in my opinion, fake. Such a shame.

I agree about a lack of customer service and money.

I arranged a hen night there. While it was ok, it didn't make the group and the hen feel special. We were constantly asked if we wanted to run a tab for everything (for a group 18 or so, all drinking different things!).

We arrived early and were invited to sit in the bar, by the time the drinks were chosen and arrived, we were asked to get our shoes as we were now late..

They wouldn't add the cost of the game onto the dinner - it had to be paid up front (but only told me that when they were rushing us to start the game).

We were waiting for people to arrive and only after waiting for 10 minutes were we told they could skip their goes until they arrived!

We had a restriction on the amount of time we could spend on the lane (luckily we didn't over run too much but did feel the pressure of people lined up behind us). We were also restricted to the time spent in the diner which I was told often when discussing the booking and during our game. A couple of hours is fine if you have a table of four but not for a large group - they could have been more flexible about that. In the end, they did let us stay at the table for longer than they'd allowed - perhaps because the more sensible manager had come on shift by then.

They did, however, refund the place paid for someone who didn't turn up and managed to get us onto one long table.

Had a work do here recently and the place is like a classic American retro alley - I like it when proprietors pay attention to detail, it really adds to the experience.
