My husband and I went to Arlington and Co to get our wedding bands as his parents had done so a few years before and were really happy.

We didn't even look anywhere else. The service is wonderful and they are clearly a very professional business.

We got what we considered to be an excellent price for our bands, and they tidied up my engagement ring also.

What really stands Arlington and Co out from the crowd is their after sales service. My husband (6 weeks after we bought the rings) had a run in with a fire door and badly dented his wedding ring. I took it into the store, it was fixed while I waited, and for no charge.

Having that piece of mind, that should something happened, you have somewhere to go to take care of it, is so important.

I highly recommend Arlington and Co and we will be back once its time for my next lovely piece of jewellery.

My wife and I bought her engagement ring from Arlington in Hatton Garden in 1993, and some 18 years later it was accidentally damaged and in need of repair.

From the moment I walked into the store in Hatton Garden, I was greeted by a very friendly young lady assistant, and from that instant onwards I was treated with utmost care.

I stated at the outset that I was going to put your after care service to the test, before explaining our engagement ring repair requirement, and the length of time since the sale.

I was politely asked to wait whilst the assistant spoke to her senior, and I was relieved to here that the repair was not a problem and furthermore that it would be free of charge.

The ring was collected after few days and not only perfectly repaired, but looking as good as new with a thorough clean.

I cannot thank you enough for this level of after care, and I can assure you of my future custom.

After deciding to get engaged we set about the daunting task of buying an engagement ring. Having turned the corner into Hatton Garden my fiancé let out a groan of disbelief at the amount of jewellers, knowing how particular I am about what I want and how much he hates to shop. We looked in a couple of windows before coming across Arlington & Co, where we decided to try some rings on. With apprehension we entered the store fully expecting a hard sell. However, we were greeted by Christopher Prosser who spent the next two hours showing us different rings and helping to find the perfect one, with no hard sell or pressure to buy. When we had decided on a ring, it was lovely to celebrate with a glass of champagne and see the workshop where the ring was made. We really feel the quality of service given was excellent, which made the experience enjoyable and special.

I visited Arlington & Co based on vast amounts of research and found them to be the friendliest, relaxed and ‘no-pressure’ diamond sellers in Hatton Garden. Their website boasts good, prompt customer service and I sent them two emails, which they replied to within one working day and the other within a few hours, in a very friendly manner.

I spoke to Nicoletta and she was there to meet me on my visit. All the staff, especially Nicoletta and Steven was warm, friendly, approachable and professional. They will make you feel at ease and I was shown a wide selection of rings over a 90 minute period but felt that they would have spent as much time as possible with me if I had let them.

I must emphasise that there is no pressure to sell you anything. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted and all Nicoletta did was explain the specifics of each diamond to me. Moreover, if I liked the ring and not the diamond you could ‘mix and match’ to ensure you get the diamond you want.

Steven appraised another ring we had bought in for free and spent a large amount of his time discussing this with us, which was very much appreciated. I asked some detailed questions (table size, depth colour grades), all which were answered very well and £250 was knocked the asking price of the ring to bring it into my budget, without hassle.

The vast majority of the rings are GIA certified, resizing is free and they offer an exchange service if, god forbid, the recipient doesn’t like it. Lastly, the champagne at the end of was very nice touch and once the ring has been purchased they are in no rush move you on.

After much research I found this to be the best jewellers in Hatton Garden and would strongly recommend this to anyone, especially if you are looking for an engagement ring and want some extra special attention.
