Be the One at Trafalgar Square

Back for the London Games Festival 2008, you can Be the One at Trafalgar Square once again. A highlight of the gaming festival for everyone with a passion for computer and video games, Be the One gives you the chance to play some of the very latest EA games for free over half term.

Be the One 2008
Taking over the centre of London for a week, the London Games Festival brings some of the best new and classic games to those that love to play. Back for two more days as part of the festival, Be the One at Trafalgar Square is a free two day event where you can check out the latest additions to the EA catalogue and see how you fare on the controls.

Battle Dome fun for all
Part of the gaming fun will take place in the enormous Battle Dome which is the largest ever temporary structure to be erected in Trafalgar Square. A state of the art weather proof dome that will be home to the latest and most exciting computer games around, the Battle Dome will also host some fantastic gaming challenges over the two days, with special celebrity guests popping in for a game or two. With two vast high definition screens showing the public the action taking place inside and theatre style seating, this is certainly the place to head during the London Games Festival.

Will you be the One?
Friday 31st October and Saturday 1st November 2008 will see thousands of gamers attempting to Be the One at Trafalgar Square. In the mix will be chances to play the very latest from FIFA, Need for Speed, The Sims, Harry Potter, Boogie and Monopoly. Brand new games will be available for trying out and fans can have a go on the likes of Warhammer, Battleforge, Spore, SimAnimals and Sims 3, all for free. Special guests, gaming challenges and unusual performances complete the line up for a great weekend of gaming.
