However, the Bees Knees Cafe at Battersea Arts Centre seems to have come up with a solution.

Secret garden
The cafe is designed as an indoor garden, abundant in games and toys as well as free activities for children to lose themselves in. The Bees Knees Cafe at Battersea Arts Centre is designed for parents and children under five, with a children's menu tailored to this age range.

Creche come cafe
The baby changing facilities, buggy park and breastfeeding friendly attitude make the Bees Knees Cafe at Battersea Arts Centre an ideal place for mums to relax whilst the little ones tumble about and explore their bright and exciting surroundings. The cafe serves a spot of lunch, or just tea and a cake if that's all you fancy.

Party time
Or, for a right ol' knees up, the Bees Knees Cafe at Battersea Arts Centre offers exclusive hire for children's parties over the weekend between 10am and 5pm from £75 an hour.

The Bees Knees indoor garden cafe is open from 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 1st January - 31st December 2011. Admission is free.
