Clapham Common will be bursting with activity at Ben and Jerrys Sundae, a huge family event in July. Crowds will be out to chill in the sun with live music, fairground attractions and plenty of Fairtrade Ben and Jerry’s ice cream.
Fairground fun in Clapham Common
There's scoops of fun to be had at Ben and Jerrys Sundae Festival, with all manner of ice cream related activities taking place for children and adults to enjoy. Visitors to the festival can meet animals at the petting zoo, take a trip down the Helter Skelter, have a go on the coconut shy or suggest a new ice cream recipe.
An ice cream dream
Whatever your favourite flavour there will be plenty of ice cream to try out, including old favourites and a selection of new Fairtrade Ben and Jerrys inventions. Ice cream lovers can have a scoop or two of old favourites such as Cherry Garcia, Caramel Chew Chew and Cookie Dough, as well as the new Fairtrade creation, Coconutterly Fair. Frozen yoghurt will also be available for a tasty alternative to indulge in.
Summer sounds at Ben and Jerrys Sundae Festival
A diverse range of music will feature throughout the festival, setting a vibrant soundtrack to the two days of fun and frolics. Party down to a lineup of live acts including Maximo Park, Ocean Colour Scene, Fun Lovin' Criminals and Gary Numan. The lineup of exciting acts playing at the London event can also be seen at the brand new festival popping up in Manchester, too.
Ice cream for charity
As always, the festival will play host to a number of good causes, and the Ben and Jerrys Sundae Festival is also climate neutral so you can revel guilt free and enjoy scoops of Fairtrade ice cream to your heart's content.
