Best of Scottish Tasting Menu at Prism

Have a lip smacking Burns Night with the Best of Scottish tasting menu at Prism. From Monday 19th January, the Leadenhall Street bar and restaurant will be serving a range of food and drink get you all misty eyed about Scottish produce and planning a trip up north at the first opportunity.

Best of Scottish tasting menu at Prism
With whisky cocktails and hot toddies in the bar and a selection of sumptuous produce from Scotland, the Best of Scottish tasting menu at Prism is laying on an extended celebration of Burns Night in 2009. Available to all restaurant and private dining customers, the tasting menu includes samples of Scottish wood pigeon, poached Scottish lobster, and Aberdeen Angus beef fillet.

Whisky varieties
Each course in the Best of Scottish tasting menu at Prism will come with a different variety of whisky, chosen by master blender Rachel Barrie. Ranging from drinks with citrus and floral tones to ones with a creamy malt taste, each whisky has been selected to perfectly complement the dishes on the menu.

The Best of Scottish tasting menu at Prism runs from Monday 19th January - Friday 30th January 2009. The menu costs £75.00 per person. To make a reservation, phone Prism on 0207 256 3875.
