With nine days of special events, performances and workshops, the Big Dance London festival celebrates dancing in all its genres and guises across the capital. A huge series of dance related events will be taking place at locations across London, with this year's festival tying into the London 2012 Olympic celebrations.

Dance the week away
All ages can join in the fun during Big Dance London, with events and workshops taking place throughout the city. Whether it’s ballroom or ballet, tap dancing or tango, there will be plenty to keep you moving for the whole week. Londoners can learn about a whole range of dance styles and have a go on the dance floor at schools, health clubs, theatres, cinemas, shops and community centres, to name a few of the venues participating in the event.
