Take the kids to a Big Toddle London event and help raise money for the children's charity Barnardo's. The series of charity walks are designed specially for children under the age of 5, and promises to be a fun day out for all ages.
Big Toddle London
Taking place throughout the summer, the Big Toddle London events combine a short sponsored walk with plenty of fun for families. Parents, friends and family, nurseries and playgroups can all join in at the events, which take place at the V&A Museum of Childhood, Brent Lodge Bunny Park in Ealing, and Dulwich Park.
All for a good cause
The money raised through sponsorship at the Big Toddle London walks will go towards the Barnardo's Early Years project, which helps children under the age of five by providing services for kids with disabilities, as well as young carers and vulnerable mums and dads. Not only will your little ones have the thrill of raising sponsorship money for a such good cause, they will also have the chance to take part in a day of fun activities surrounding the Big Toddle events, so it's a win win situation all round.
Sponsored walk fun
Last year, almost half a million children across the country took part in the Big Toddle sponsored walks, and this year a number of celebrity parents and children are joining in too. The sponsored walk schedule in London looks like this:
