I called this salon to book a hair appointment and the lady who answered the phone seemed half asleep and certainly did not give me any confidents in booking a hair appointment. If this is their first impressions then perhaps they should work on their telephone skills. When I asked about the prices they seemed very vague and did not want to supply me with any details. It was very odd. I would be afraid to get my hair cut there!

Have had a brilliant hair cut and lovely colour by Tara at Bladerunner salon. I don't usually write reviews but feel the need to say what a good service I got.
The receptionist was very professional and friendly and I'll definitely be back.

I came into Bladerunner about 3 weeks ago and had a hair cut by one of the stylist. She was professional and friendly and I received a good service.

There's new staff here now and it's so much friendly and is being refurbed.

Dave, Hackney.

My names Jane, I've been coming to Bladerunner for the past 6 months and i've hair coloured and cut on many occassions.

I always found the staff to be friendly and professional. My stylist Ala is always very helpful and understanding, very concerned about my hair. She is professional and kind.

I travel all the way from North London to Bladerunner as this is where I get the best service. I get West End service for a reasonable price.

Keep up the good work girls.

Jane, North London.

I only live 5 minutes from Bladerunner and saw that it was under new management.

I was so happy to see there was a Hairdressers so much closer to home as I have to travel all the way to Central London for a hair cut.

I went for a hair cut in May 2009 and a colour. The place is very trendy and vibrant. I was greeted by the receptionist and was shown to my seat.

I was offered a complementry drink. I then had a consultation with my Hair Stylist and explained I wanted to go back to my natrual colour, she was very understanding and took the time to suggest different ideas.I was very happy with the result.

This was the best hair style I have had ever and I was really over the moon. Also I had a pedicure and a perscription facial with the beauty therapist.

She made me feel very relaxed and at ease. I felt like I was being spoiled. I definately needed it after the hard day I had.I couldn't think of anywhere else to go.

The service was very professional and friendly. I have been back a few times now and am very pleased. I'm so glad that I have a Salon on my door step, good prices and top standards like your in the West End. I definately recommend it.

If you live near or far you definately have to check out Bladerunner otherwise your missing out.

I have been to Blade Runner 3 time recently. My first haircut was in October and was great so I went back around January and was really disappointed.

A different girl cut my hair she seemed more interested in her boyfriend (who is also the salon manager and needs a bloody good haircut himself) and whispering with the other staff about who knows what than talking to me and cutting my hair.

The layers were haphazardly cut and the fringe was a disaster.I then we and had a pedicure 4-weeks ago and could have done a better job myself.

There was very little interest in the beauty therapist, she didn't talk to me, I was shoved in a corner and then charged me £8 pounds more than I usually pay for a better service further up the road.

Such a shame as it's on a great trendy street and could be something really good.

Im sorry... Im all for supporting local businesses but I went to Bladerunner for a haircut in this salon recently and it was a BIG mistake!

My cut was a mess....... uneven, blunt, - safely one of the worst cuts I have ever had. The hairdressers or "stylists" as they like to call themselves.... were unprofessional, nervous and it was obvious that they werent very experienced........... I thought Id go to a Salon nearby and avoid the souring prices of West End hairdressers... but I realise now that you defo pay for what you get.

My advice? - well for the sake of £20 odd quid more... save yourself the hassle and go to a proper Salon with proper qualified and experiences hairdressers...
