Where

Bond Street

The Bond Street Christmas lights will be switched on once again for the 2011 festival season so that shoppers can browse for the perfect gift or Christmas party outfit under the gentle glow of the seasonal illuminations.

A traditional Christmas at Bond Street
A stylish and chic Christmas will definitely be the order of the day thanks to the Bond Street Christmas lights this year, as they add their festive glow to the boutiques and designer stores lining this fashionable part of the West End. Take a trip down Bond Street and get all your Christmas shopping done under what are sure to be some of the West End’s most impressive Christmas lights.

Festive display on Bond Street
For 2011, the switching on of the Bond Street Christmas lights will take place during a private, invitation only event instead of the free public Bond Noel celebrations of years gone by. However, as the lights are remaining in place until Twelfth Night, there's still plenty of opportunities to see the traditional light display while browsing your favourite Bond Street stores.

Christmas shopping on Bond Street
For many of us, the arrival of the Christmas lights are a useful reminder that Christmas is inching ever closer. Get your Christmas shopping well and truly underway under the Bond Street Christmas lights at stores such as Dolce and Gabbana, Emporio Armani, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Bottega Veneta, Ralph Lauren, Gucci and Louis Vuitton.

Fashion and more
As well as all the world class fashion labels to be found in the area, the Bond Street Christmas light display is also casting its festive glow on the iconic jewellery store Tiffany & Co., as well as art and antiques establishments such as Halcyon Gallery, Sotheby's and the Royal Academy of Arts. The Bond Street Christmas lights can be seen from Thursday 17th November 2011, and remain in place until the new year. Please note that the Bond Noel switching on event is not taking place in 2011.
