What can i say ... Our group have run firework parties for the last 11 years, and after having 10 mediocre reviews we decided to go to Brilliant Fireworks last year. Brilliant Fireworks DON'T just sell you fireworks, take your money, and leave you blindly setting fireworks off haphazardly. From the outset though training and set up, to help sort out a firing order Brilliant Fireworks were there at hand, and any questions we had were answered with confidence and knowledge. Whether you have a small budget, (like ours), or large budget Brilliant Fireworks is the place to go. Our last firework party was a great success and its all down to Brilliant Fireworks after care. I always use Brilliant fireworks for my annual bonfire night display. They always offer proffesional advice and great value, for £300 they give me a display that everybody thinks cost £000's.
I would highly recommend them

These guys are brilliant, very helpful - took time to find out our requirements and provided a great display at exceptional value. For fireworks don't go anywhere else!

We have not used Brilliant Fireworks for a few years because of small children - and returned this year now they are a little older. The delivery was on time, however the contents were incorrect and nothing like the advertised Party Time 2 pack that we ordered. The delivery was short of the slow burning portfires and rocket tubes, and we had to rush round to find matches and other implements to fire the rockets. The cakes were dissappointing as they were far fewer shots than advertised, and the large advertised cake was missing!
The children enjoyed it nonetheless, but as for value for money and customer service - they arre really lacking. We even responded to their email requesting feedback and advised we were unhappy - no response from them!
In all we paid hearly £150.00 and expected better, had we actually got what we ordered would have been a start!

You Guys and Gals delivered an Absolutely Fabulous Fireworks display at the recent wedding of our daughter (and new Son-in-Law)on November 5th this year at Ingatestone Hall in Essex. The team arrived in good time, set up their display in secret, and REALLY delivered the goods for our guests at the agreed time, just before Midnight. Then they just packed up and 'melted away' before we could even have a chance to thank them for their fantastic work, including a SURPRISE red 'heart-shaped' rocket burst as part of the finale. The duration and content of the display far exceeded our expectation, especially after what must have been an exhausting day for your 'firers', so GOOD JOB ALL ROUND!Also, dealing with the delightful Puja in arranging the details and timing for our event was a tremendous bonus, as she was always bubbly, courteous and really keen to please on the telephone and in her e-mails - she is a real credit to your organisation! WELL DONE EVERYONE, and I will be sending Puja copies of some of the wedding photos soon by e-mail, as promised.FINAL VERDICT - Absolutely Fabulous says it all, for value, planning, communications and all-round service.BRILLIANT!!!!!

Brilliant Fireworks lives up their name. They have provided the fireworks display for our communal garden in Notting Hill for several years and have never disappointed. We are plagued by Health and Safety rules imposed by our insurance company and it is nice to know we have a professional company dealing with the fireworks.

Best fireworks ever!

I am from Hungary and I have been a big fan of fireworks. Unfortunately in my country it is not for public sale, but after finding this local company I kept coming back whenever I could find an excuse to do and see some fireworks. I do return because I am satisfied with the quality, with the customer service and I feel I get value for money.

This shop was a fantastic find and we will definitely return for more. The advice was extremely knowledgeable but at the same time friendly giving us great confidence. We were advised on size of display, safety issues regarding distance from the house and what to expect from each firework together with the feeling that they really wanted us to enjoy ourselves and that no order was too small. The fireworks were marked so we knew which order to fire them and all went smoothly on the night with our guests 'oohing' and 'aahing' in all the right places plus we got the kudos of providing a 'professional' show without much effort. I was asked to set up a professional looking fireworks display for £500. The advice, help and display chosen for me was fantastic. This was for a very important crowd and not only were they amazed by the display, they couldn't believe I was the one setting off the fireworks. Great value for money and really professional - we opted for a budget display and it so much more than we were expecting! Well what can I say...We used them as part of our wedding and they were without doubt the best supplier of services we bought for the whole event.

I live 45 Miles from Brilliant fireworks, but always make the effort to get my supplies from these guys, they make you feel welcome and the advice they offer is outstanding.

i now do not buy my fireworks from anywhere else, there selection is awesome, and i have always had friends ask me where i get the firweworks after a display, they can even suggest less noisy ones for those people who are pet lovers!!

Great service. I contacted Brilliant Fireworks for a last-minute surprise for my girlfriend's birthday. They talked me through the whole process, from how to set up right the way through to keeping the fireworks dry if it rained on the night. They sent the fireworks quickly, and the display was great. Definitely recommend them.
