Taking place in the basement of the O Bar in Soho, the Bring Hats and Wigs Party has been organised by Team Nice and Bring Stuff. Regardless of whether you're yearning to wear a Abraham Lincoln-esque stovepipe, or a bowler, trilby, beret, fedora or straw boater, as long as you've got something on your head, you'll be alright.

Get your costumes ready
They say that if you want to get ahead get a hat, but if you don't fancy wearing an Easter bonnet, baseball cap or other millinery effort, you can always opt to come to the party in a wig instead. Expect to see more than a couple party goers in Pippy Longstocking pigtails and supersize Afros at the club night, as well as a range of bright and varied colours.

KaraUke
Providing entertainment at the Bring Hats and Wigs party will be KaraUke, a live ukelele karaoke band. Turn up early if you want to sign up to sing with KaraUke, as the act starts at 8pm. Bring your digital camera along with you as well, as a number of games on the night involve taking photos.

The Bring Hats and Wigs party runs from 7pm - 2am, Saturday 16th May 2009. Admission is free before 10pm.
