Bringing to life all aspects of British music, the British Music Experience at O2 Arena is a must see experience for any true music fan. With all the best of the last sixty years of British music acts, bands and scenes, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Popular British music
Celebrating the best in British music from the forties upwards, this is one unique musical attraction that takes you on a sonic trip through time. From the days of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones and Dusty Springfield up to the sounds of the noughties with bands like Oasis, Coldplay and Arctic Monkeys, the British Music Experience will give you an insight into the ways in which music has developed and see who has influenced who over the years.

Interactive insights
Throughout the whole experience visitors to the O2 will have the opportunity to get interactive with the British music that they love, as audio visual hot spots give you insights into particular trends, let you listen to one off interviews from some of the biggest stars around, see amazing musical artefacts and download key tracks from the past. The British Music Experience even gives you the chance to record your own songs, learn some instruments and shake your thang on the dancefloor.

Digital experience
Ensuring that all visitors to the British Music Experience are moving with the times, the whole attraction uses amazing digital technology that brings to life all aspects of British music with absolute clarity. With fantastic sight and sound experiences, you will feel as though you are really singing alongside Mick Jagger or David Bowie.

Famous faces
Plenty of famous musicians will have their instruments and outfits on show at the experience, with articles such as David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust costume and Humphey Littleton's trumpet on show. There will be plenty of authentic rock and roll memorabilia to satisfy even the most hardcore music fan, giving the British Music Experience all the excitement of stadium gig from your favourite British band.

The British Music Experience runs from Monday 9th March 2009 - Friday 15th January 2010. To purchase tickets please click the Buy Tickets button or call 0870 4000 601.
