One of the most famous lidos in London is open for another summer of swimming in 2012, welcoming visitors of all ages to the historic Lambeth venue.

Summer season
Endearingly known as Brixton’s Beach, the 50 metre Brockwell Lido is famed for its strong community spirit and relaxed atmosphere. Surrounded by a Grade II listed art deco building and with a modern cafe serving refreshments as well, the outdoor swimming pool is open from April - September 2012, giving you plenty of opportunity to take a dip.

Brockwell Lido is open from Thursday 19th April until September 2012. Tickets cost £3.40 - £5.65. Children under 5 go free.

The pool is open from 7am - 8pm Monday - Friday, and 8am - 6pm Saturday and - Sunday. Please note that times for general swim sessions may vary, and the pool may be closed in poor weather. For further information on prices and opening times, call 020 7274 3088.
