The Bupa 10k London Run is an annual fundraising event in aid of several charities, inviting Londoners to complete a 10k run for charitable causes. Thousands of fundraisers will descend upon St James's Park on the May bank holiday for one of the biggest charity events of the summer.

Participants in the Bupa 10k Run can walk, jog, run or skip round the course if the mood takes them, promising a fun day out in Hyde Park. Runners can register as individuals or as a group and all entrants will receive a pack containing a T-shirt, time chip, bib and sponsorship form.

A number of celebrities will be taking part in the Bupa 10k London Run, joining in with the crowds for a day of fundraising in London. Participants can expect to bump into more than a few famous faces as the celebrities come out in force to join in the charity run.

10K Race Route
The race route for 2008 starts and finishes in St James's Park and runners can expect picturesque views throughout London as they go. Taking in many of the famous London landmarks such as Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, the London Eye and Cleopatra's Needle, the race route makes for a fabulous backdrop to many amazing city landscapes. Previous Bupa 10k Runs have seen as many as 10,000 participants in a huge procession, making for a lively occasion in the heart of the city.
