Celebrate the birthday of the great Scots poet with a Burns Night charity ceilidh to support the Beating Bowel Cancer organisation.

Burns Night charity ceilidh
A barnstorming social occasion to support the Beating Bowel Cancer charity at Fulham Town Hall, the Burns Night charity ceilidh celebrates the life and poetry of Scottish icon Robert Burns in raucous style. With plenty of dancing including old favourites Strip the Willow and the Gay Gordons, this is one way to get together with friends and burn off all thoses excess mince pies in January.

Food and drink
To get the party started, the Burns Night charity ceilidh at Fulham Town Hall includes a free drink on arrival and a traditional Burns dinner, so you can make the most of your money and enjoy all things Scottish for Burns Night 2009. With proceeds going towards the charity that aims to promote awareness and early treatment of bowel cancer, you can start off 2009 by supporting a worthwhile cause and having fun at the same time.

The Burns Night charity ceilidh starts at 7pm on Friday 23rd January 2009. Tickets are £25.00 and can be booked by calling 08450 719300.
