Disappointing-small portions, dishes don't match their descriptions, too noisy (not recommended for a business lunch).
Good oil and vinegrette but you might as well buy them for yourself from shop and use them to accompany a meal at home!

Disappointing. My mushroom lasagne arrived lukewarm and was not very nice. The staff at Carluccio's were not quite rude, but can't call them friendly either. Previous meals I've had at Carluccio's have been very greasy. Won't be going again.

Your reviewer has it right - whilst the food is perfectly passable (and, indeed, rather good) the venue itself leaves something to be desired. I'm used to busy in London, but this is a bit over the top. More like battery farming!
