CDR Special at Plastic People

Head to the popular Shoreditch nightclub for a night of spectacular free entertainment at the CDR Special at Plastic People. This free event is part of the city wide Red Bull Music Academy festival that is celebrating both home grown talent and up and coming musical acts from around the world.

Daisuke Tanabe
One of the highlights of the CDR Special at Plastic People will be the DJ set by Japanese maestro Daisuke Tanabe. Expect to hear a selection of Tanabe's latest works in progress, whose electro beats are inspired by everything from jazz, folk and reggae.

DJ sets
As well as a showcase of Daisuke Tanabe's new work, the Red Bull Music Academy CDR Special at Plastic People also features DJ sets from Nwachukwu, Gavin Alexander and the RBMA Allstars. There's also an open CDR session where you can submit your won tracks to be played on the night; if you want your own killer beats to be played, then submit your entry before 10.30pm on the night.
