Head to the Ceilidh Club Burns Night for a traditional Scottish knees up to celebrate the memory of the iconic poet. This popular event from the Ceilidh Club has been extended to four days for 2009, so you have a better chance of fitting in your dancing, haggis, tatties and neeps this January.

Ceilidh Club Burns Night

Christmas might all be over and done with, but that doesn't mean January has to be a drab and dreary affair. The Ceilidh Club Burns Night aims to start the new year with a raucous celebration of the Scottish poet Robert Burns with three hours of dancing, so you can start the new year as you mean to go on.

Dance and haggis
After you've worked up an appetite from all the Scottish dancing, you can fill up on haggis, tatties and neeps served buffet style, and veggies won't be left out as there is also vegetarian haggis on offer. Traditional customs such as the piping in and address to the haggis will be all present and accounted for at the Ceilidh Club Burns Night, so you can take part in all the fun and old time traditions for Burns Night 2009.

The Ceilidh Club Burns Night events take place from Friday 23rd January to Saturday 31st January 2009. For more information and to make a reservation, click on the link below.
