I too had an appalling experience with this lot, they are extremely rude. I bought some organic beef at a premium price, when I got it home and tried to brown it, the pan suddenly had approximately a 1/3 pint of water that came out of the meat. On a previous occasion I tried to insist that I did not want the discoloured meat in a tray, favouring a fresher looking product, on that occasion the woman was poisonously rude to me and said sarcastically "have a nice day". These are the only two occasions I've been in that shop, I would rather travel to Battersea or elsewhere if I need some quality meat. My honest belief is that their stuff isn't organic and the service should best be avoided.

Appalling customer service! Do not use! I ordered a Christmas meat hamper from them, which arrived on the 5th January - when I called to complain they just weren't interested. They said that they had no knowledge of my order and it shouldn't have been sent. All very bizarre, but not getting anywhere with them. When I called the shop, I spoke to Brian and he just hung up on me, so I am taking my complaint to Trading Standards. Chadwicks should not be running an internet order website - they don't know what they're doing and certainly don't care about their customers!
