Spend the day living the ballroom dream at the Chance to Dance London workshops, which take place to support Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Strictly fever
If you're firmly in the grips of Strictly Come Dancing fever and would jump at the chance to get some expert tuition on your favourite ballroom and Latin dances, then the Chance to Dance London event might just be right up your street. The charity event is raising vital funds for Marie Curie Cancer Care and gives you the opportunity to get your feet moving and your hips swaying to five different dances throughout the day.

Dance routines
Instantly recognisable dances that you might be lucky enough to try include the salsa and tango, as well as the energetic lindy hop. Other dances likely to be included in the Chance to Dance London event include line dancing and belly dancing, and as each class is aimed at all abilities, you don't need to feel embarrassed about your two left feet.

Anton du Beke
Each one of the five classes in the Chance to Dance London workshops are held by expert teachers, so you can expect to get some top tips on how to perform your routine. Professional dancer and television star Anton Du Beke is supporting the cause and encouraging everyone to join in and raise as much in sponsorship as possible, in what looks set to be a popular and entertaining event.

The Chance to Dance London workshops take place from 9am - 5pm, Sunday 14th November 2010. Registration is £15.00, and Marie Curie Cancer Care is asking participants to raise around £100.00 for the charity.
