Renowned for serving up seasonly inspired garden menus, Chef Alexis Gauthier is once again delighting his customer with the Chelsea Flower menu at Roussillon. All manner of flora are on the menu this year, with roses and chrystanthemums being two of the spectacular highlights of the £70.00 tasting menu. Customers will also be intrigued to try the green canneloni of tender petals, sauted lovage and wild rocket or the marinated scallops with crispy garlic flower wasabi and lime dressing.
