Take a bite of something refreshingly fragrant inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show at Pearl Restaurant and Bar. With London in bloom for the annual Royal Horticultural Society show, there'll be plenty of floral tones and fresh spring flavours on the limited edition menu designed by chef Jun Tanaka.

Vegetarian menu
Featuring heirloom tomatoes in jelly with rocket flowers, pickled summer vegetables with hawthorn blossom and green almonds as well as Jersey Royals with pea and mint custard, the vegetarian tasting menu inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show at Pearl Restaurant and Bar is intended to give an authentic taste of the new season. The meal is finished with lychee jelly with rose foam and a sweet apple fritter with lemon cake and elderflower consomme.

The vegetarian tasting menu inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show at Pearl Restaurant and Bar is available from Monday 23rd May - Saturday 18th June 2011, and costs £70.00.
