Chelsea Flower Show menus are taking the city by storm in May as the renowned floral celebration hits Chelsea once more. Whether you haven't got tickets and want to indulge in a slice of edible floral heaven, or simply love the spring like qualities of these blooming delights, the Chelsea Flower Show menus in town will have you wilting at the knees.
AthenaeumPetals and Pekoe Tea is one of the most delicate of the Chelsea Flower Show menus available currently. Inspired by the summer gardens at the flower show, you can treat yourself to whimsical fairy cakes with sugar flowers, rose cream with Champagne jelly and vanilla cheescake with edible frosted flowers for a feminine take on an indulgent afternoon tea. Petals and Pekoe Tea is available until the 20th July and costs £24.50 per person.
Cinnamon ClubThe Chelsea Flower Show menus don't get more inspired than this. Head to the Cinnamon Club for the taste of spring with their Garden Menu which features a range of herbs and exotic flowers in a five course meal. Crammed with delicious and unusual delights, such as marigold and banana, and fragrant jasmine, this is a fantastically fresh and floral experience. The Garden Menu costs £60.00 per head and runs until the 31st May.
Fifth Floor RestaurantThe Fifth Floor Restaurant at Harvey Nichols is taking its floral theme to the tea table for Chelsea Tea Time. The perfect afternoon tea is created with dainty sandwiches and cakes, and some refreshing floral tea. Kai MayfairMore edible flowers are on the menu at Kai Mayfair. Choose from the likes of warm lily bulb salad and lime sorbet with Chrysanthemum petals, or braised lobster with brocolimi blossoms to amaze your palete. The floral menu is served with lavender and jasmine tea for a wonderfully fresh finish. The edible flower menu runs until the 31st May and costs between £8.00 and £27.00 per dish.
