Celebrate the beginning of the Year of the Dragon in grand style with a special set menu for Chinese New Year at Min Jiang. The stylish Chinese restaurant at the Royal Garden Hotel is offering diners the chance to sample authentic dishes such as the Yu Sheng salad, which includes sashimi as well as crispy raw vegetables such as carrot and white radish.

Other delicious dishes on the menu for Chinese New Year at Min Jiang include the restaurant's signature Beijing Duck, as well as steamed whole Dover sole with ham, and 'treasure bags' containing wind dried oyster and pork. The menu has been created by chef Lee Che Liang, and is available alongside the a la carte menu.
