Live performances
Trafalgar Square is being transformed with a diverse selection of live performances again in February 2013, for one of the highlight Chinese New Year London events for the Year of the Snake. Chinese New Year actually takes place on Sunday 10th February 2013, so the London parade and festival in Trafalgar Square happens will be able to happen on the day, with more events taking place throughout London well into February. The massive Trafalgar Square event sees traditional Chinese dragon and lion dances as well as modern music, while across London there are special menus at restaurants, family activities at museums and galleries and one-off film screenings to enjoy.
