Celebrate the Year of the Rat with a special series of events to mark the Chinese zodiac at London Zoo. Take a special trail around the zoo to find out if you are a versatile rat or a charisimatic dragon, or even a quick witted monkey. Kids get the chance to discover the animalistic traits their share with their Chinese zodiac counter parts and meet the animals themselves.

As it is the Year of the Rat, London Zoo is showing off their delightful brown rats with some amazing demonstrations in their daily Animals in Action shows, which also reveals the incredible story of how rats spread from east Asia to Britain.

During half term, kids can also experience life as a rat as they don special rat headsets. Blindfold, they will have to navigate using only their whiskers. Arts and crafts activities will also be on offer every day of half term too.
