Pick up Chitty Chitty Bang Bang tickets
Those fortunate enough to get their hands on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang tickets will be treated to quite phantasmagorical stage musical, full of some of the best known numbers in Theatreland. This version of the musical is part of a UK tour, with the London dates taking place at the New Wimbledon Theatre for just over two weeks, bringing the escapades of Caractacus Potts, Truly Scrumptious and of course, the salvaged Grand Prix car, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Much-loved tale
Ian Flemming, creator of the Bond series, wrote the original children’s tale of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, but it became really popular when Roald Dahl and Ken Hughes penned a screenplay. It was a huge success, with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang becoming one of the best-loved musicals of all times thanks to an engrossing mix of humour, music, magic and more.

Faithful adaptation
The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang tour sees the same story, with the same famous songs take to the New Wimbledon Theatre. It’s an impressive production too, with the flying Chitty Chitty Bang Bang itself costing three quarters of a million pounds; the tour costing three million; and the costumes costing £500,000, perfectly fitting 30 actors, 46 children, and 14 musicians. So if you want to sing along to the likes of Toot Sweets, Truly Scumptious, You Two and of course, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, pick up some tickets and head for the New Wimbledon Theatre.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang tickets are available for performances at the New Wimbledon Theatre running from Tuesday 16th March – Saturday 3rd April 2010. To purchase tickets please follow the link below.
