Celebrate chocolate week at Fortnum and Mason with a variety of cooking demonstrations and bespoke menus.

Tastings and demonstrations
For 2011, Chocolate Week at Fortnum and Mason makes the most of all the artisan producers who supply the luxury products for the history Piccadilly store. Highlights include tastings of pink pralines from Pralus, chocolate flower cupcake cooking demonstrations and the chance to try the explosive new range of sherbert chocolates.

Master chocolatiers
Also taking place as part of Chocolate Week at Fortnum and Mason are a series events where you can learn more about the art of creating gourmet chocolate. Try Amedei, the most expensive chocolate in the world, and sample historic truffles. Throughout the week, the Fountain Restaurant will be serving up a selection of chocolate creations in the afternoons.
