It's A Wonderful Life Cited as one of the best films of all time and must see viewing for movie buffs around this time of year, It's A Wonderful Life makes a welcome return to the big screen over Christmas at BFI Southbank. The film stars James Stewart in a career defining role as the small town family man who is visited by a second class guardian angel after feeling overcome by despair in the run up to Christmas.
