Take part in a series of events for Christmas at Museum of Childhood as the little sister of the V&A fosters the festive spirit with craft workshops, live performances and more.

Drop in craft workshops
Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to drop in to one of the Mrs Santa's Craft Corner sessions this Christmas at Museum of Childhood, where Mrs Santa and her team of helpers will be leading Christmas cracker, pom pom baubles and fairy picture workshops. After the craft workshops, there's the chance to browse the stalls for teddy bears, jumpers, mittens and other knitted gifts.

Mrs Santa's Craft Corner workshops take place from 12pm - 4pm on the following dates. Admission is free.

Pinocchio
Also taking place this Christmas at Museum of Childhood is a special performance of the classic Italian fairytale Pinocchio, featuring hand-carved puppets, music and songs. Kids aged three and over are bound to be enchanted by the story of the puppet who yearns to be a real boy, but gets in all manner of trouble along the way.

The Pinocchio performances for Christmas at Museum of Childhood take place at 11.30am and 2pm, Wednesday 28th December - Thursday 29th December 2011. Tickets cost £3.50 per person. Booking opens at 9am on Wednesday 14th December: for more information and to buy tickets, call 020 8983 5205.
