Christmas made easy
The ideal way to learn how to make a Christmas cake, stuff a turkey or roast a goose, the Christmas workshops at The Kitchen provide you with all the ingredients, pre washed, chopped and measured out, so that you can create delicious dishes and festive treats in no time at all.
Cooking for cheats
For those that have always claimed to make their own mince pies when they actually come from the supermarket, or brag about their Christmas cake icing, when it's actually their Mum that does it for them, this is the cheats way out. The Christmas workshops at The Kitchen will not only teach you how to do all those things that your Grandma used to do around Christmas, but also give you the confidence to do it again in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Tuesday 2nd December
A sushi making class with Master Kai Kyoichi who set up both Zuma and Roka restaurants.
Thursday 4th December
Here is your chance to try several premium wines from Spain and Portugal with Philippe Messy.
Saturday 13th December
Rare breed specialist and butcher Andrew Sharp will take you through all the motions needed to get carcass to plate.
Sunday 14th December
Learn how to make a traditional Christmas cake just in time for the festive season.
Friday 19th December
Champagne and fine wines are the subject for this special workshop sure to be full of festive cheer as Philippe Messy pops the corks.
Saturday 20th December
Make yummy kids Christmas tree decorations from real gingerbread.
Sunday 21st December
It's time to decorate the Christmas cakes you made last week.
Monday 22nd December
Make your own chocolate truffles and luxury mince pices just before the big day.
Tuesday 23rd December
Create all the extras for surrounding the turkey, including the all important stuffing.
