Head to the Southbank Centre for a series of cocktail mixing classes at Skylon, where the talented bar staff will give you some insider's tips on how to mix up the perfect cocktail.

Specialising in a different drink every session, the cocktail making classes at Skylon give you a lesson in how to shake and stir your way to a delicious cocktail. Promising to be fun and friendly, the classes are free to attend, so you only have to pay for what you make, and of course drink.

The next session
The cocktail making classes at Skylon started in March 2009 with tips on how to make Mojitos. The August session with be held on Monday 3rd August, and will show you how to mix up one of the all time classic summer cocktails, the Pimm's Royale.

The cocktail making classes at Skylon take place every month. The lesson starts at 6pm, Monday 3rd August 2009. Admission is free, but you wil be charged for making and drinking the cocktails. For more information and to book a space, call 0871 971 6141.
