Comedy Carnival Birthday Show

The Comedy Carnival birthday show celebrates five years of fine comedy with a special evening at Wessex House hosted by award-winning comic Milton Jones, Perrier nominee Terry Alderton, Tom Stade and Pete Jonas as MC.

Comedy Carnival
Over the years, the Comedy Carnival has gained a reputation for showcasing some of the finest comics from around the world alongside the best up and coming talent. It was established by Pete Jonas in 2004 as a showcase for international acts with faces from Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Since 2005 it expanded to include acts from the wider international community and UK home-grown acts. In 2007 it became a weekly event due to popular demand. The Comedy Carnival birthday show will celebrate five successful years in the business.

It’s no wonder the Comedy Carnival birthday show is going to be a big one. It’s celebrating a long, successful history that has seen huge names like Russell Brand, Michael McIntyre, Stephen Amos, Rhod Gilbert, Reginald D Hunter, Andrew Maxwell, Phil Nichol, Lucy Porter and Mark Watson grace the stage.

The Line-Up
They’ve not skimped on the line-up for the Comedy Carnival birthday show. Multi award-winning Milton Jones, Perrier nominee Terry Alderton and Canadian comic Tom Stade will be providing the laughs on the night with the ever popular Pete Jonas as MC.
