Taught by Head Chef Ani Arora, the cookery classes at Moti Mahal give you the chance to learn from one of the masters of Indian cuisine. With a fun and informal atmosphere, the classes last two hours and are followed by a three course lunch, and an Indian food and wine pairing session. On the menu for the students are such delights as Tandoori chicken supreme with mint and coriander, crab cakes cakes with lime leaf, pan fried mullet with poppy seed and smoked aubergine mash, Rogan josh, saffron rice, baked yoghurt with figs and cardamom. Taking place on the last Saturday of every month, the cookery classes at Moti Mahal are the ideal introduction to the cookery skills needed to prepare and create Indian food.
