Core is an absolutely fantastic place to work out in. The staff are extremely helpful and supportive and you come away feeling that they really care about you. I would honestly recommend Core to anyone.

Core London is wonderful. I am not a gym sort of person but I use Core as part of my day around town. It is a lovely glamorous environment and I get the sort of attention I previously got from my personal trainer. Despite only having started at the beginning of last month I am one dress size smaller and I can already see a huge difference in my general tone and energy levels. A cut above the norm.

If you're doing basic exercises without these wonderful plates, you're wasting precious time! These babies help you get to a level of fitness in about half the time. Brilliant stuff.
