The Courvoisier pop up health farrm is taking place during one weekend in July as part of the Courvoisier Revolutionary Spirit Festival. Crammed with healthy and life affirming events and treats, this is your chance to grab a slice of indulgence in the middle of the hectic city.

The Big Treat is the place to head if you are in need of some respite for your mind, body and soul. Whether you are a fan of healthy food and drink, are in need of some relaxing massages or love to get physical with martial arts to help you keep fit, there is plenty of entertainment all round for everyone.

Treatments and installations
Taking place at the hub of all Courvoisier London events, the Future Gallery is set to be the most stimulating and interactive of places this summer. Having transformed into a giant treatment room where you can get a massage, get to grips with technology in digital health sessions, have a go at meditation, or even have a sexual expression consultation, the Courvoisier pop up health farm brings you the best in mind spa activities.

Five a day
Organised in conjunction with Mindapples, an organisation that aims to promote health activity for the mind, the Courvoisier pop up health farm is also the place to try out delicious healthy food and Crussh smoothies, check out recipes from the Savvy Cook or simply indulge in an urban indoors picnic on real grass. Whether the five a day are for your mind or body, you are bound to be inspired and feel calmer when you leave.
