The Courvoisier Revolutionary Spirit Festival takes place throughout July 2010 and guarantees you a summer of fun and festivity. With a reputation for curating unusual and exciting events, the 2010 festival is sure to continue its good work with food, drink and arty entertainment that is certain to combine the best in revolutionary experiences.

With a calendar crammed with exciting events, the summer festival will no doubt be on the to do list of everyone who knows their festival onions this July. Whether you are the kind of free spirit who likes nothing better than to sit back and enjoy cocktails in the sunshine, or the sort of festival goer who wants constant enteratainment and activity, there will be plenty to please.

One of the main locations for the Courvoisier Revolutionary Spirit Festival events is the Future Gallery which is playing host to several key events, including a pop up health farm and a live art installation event.

Foodie event
To whet your appetite for the coming summer, the Complete History of Food, an Epicurean Adventure organised by those innovative food fans Bompas and Parr, and an incredible drinks installation from the makers of the Secret Garden Party are both due to take place as part of the festival. Featuring the complete history of food and pedal powered Courvoisier punch fountains, these events are not to be missed!

Summer fun
Having already brought you the likes of the enormous Courvoisier Architectural Punch Bowl, which was so big you would have drowned if you had fallen in, and the Cafe du Pique Nique, which brought the delights of a summer picnic indoors, you can now expect more of the same kind of innovative and revolutionary happenings throughout the course of the Courvoisier Revolutionary Spirit Festival, including a film festival that celebrates the best in 3D shorts at the Barbican.

Punchdrunk
Inviting you into the world of interactive theatre, the Punchdrunk crew have got together with the ENO as part of the Courvoisier festival to create a stunning performance of Webster's The Duchess of Malfi. If you like to get hands on with your theatrical shows and be as close to the action as possible, then this is the performance for you.
