Traditional music
Filling the piazza with traditional songs, the Covent Garden Christmas carols are the perfect way to inject a little festive spirit into your shopping trip. Some of London's most popular choirs are hosting carol concerts around the piazza in a seasonal addition to the programme of live entertainment from street performers that runs throughout the year.

In addition to the series of Covent Garden Christmas carols, there's plenty more in the way of live entertainment taking place on and around the piazza over the festive period. All ages can get involved with reindeer petting, while there's also seasonal treats to enjoy at the Real Food Christmas Market.

The series of free Covent Garden Christmas carols take place under the glow of the festive lights on display on and around the Market Building. Visitors can see the contemporary light installation by the United Visual Artists, make a wish under the giant Christmas tree and see the digital painting of the nativity scene over the Christmas period.
