Regardless of whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner who hasn't got the hang of the simple running stich yet, the Crafty Creatures Crafternoon is a great opportunity to socialise while learning some new skills and techniques. Young and old can sit down to a craft session, fueled by plenty of cake and even some live acoustic music.

The theme of the latest Crafty Creatures Crafternoon is DIY crafts, so bring an old t shirt and prepare to get stuck into making your very own cloth creature. As all profits from the event go towards the Spitalfields Crypt Trust charity, as well as getting the enjoyment of making something with your own hands, you'll also have the satisfaction of knowing that your money is going to a good cause.

The Crafty Creatures Crafternoon runs from 12pm - 5.30pm, Saturday 11th September 2010. Admission is £5.00.
