Crystal Palace Museum

The museum is housed within the former 1872 Palace School of Engineering, which was the only original building to have survived the fire which destroyed the iron and glass building in 1936. The museum tells the story of the Crystal Palace and the events that took place there using photographs, displays, video and 3D slide presentations, plus models and artefacts of the great building.
