Spend your Sunday moving to the beat at the Danceworks free open day. With no class or membership fees the entire day, you can try an impressive selection of dance, yoga and fitness classes on the house.

Free dance classes
If you've always wanted to have a go at ballroom, street or even African dance but haven't got round to it so far, then there's simply no excuse to delay any longer. Head down to the Danceworks free open day and get moving to a broad selection of different dancing styles and fitness classes; there's even a trampoline class to try.

The Danceworks free open day takes place on Sunday 24th January 2010. All classes are free.

Please note that admission to all of the classes during the Danceworks free open day are on a first come, first served basis. Booking lists open 30 minutes before the class start time.
