The Designer Jewellers at Barbican exhibition features new work from some of the most creative jewellers in the country, including a selection of six recent graduates fresh with innovative ideas. Visitors to the exhibition can expect a stunning display of contemporary jewellery, exclusive to London.
A creative explosion
From traditional techniques such as casting, carving and enamelling to more modern processes, work in the exhibition of Designer Jewellers at Barbican demonstrates a full spectrum of creativity in the world of fine jewels. See children's drawings transformed into broaches by Tom McDowell, a mix of precious metals and polypropylene from Anoush Waddington, and organic shapes cast in silver, gold and platinum by Faith Chapman. Enthusiasts can see what’s new from cutting edge designers in the field.

The exhibition is open daily from 12pm – 8pm, and is closed from Saturday 24th December – Monday 26th December 2011. Admission is free.
