Head to the free Drop in Design at V&A events and get creative over the weekend and during the school holidays.

Family workshops
Taking place every Sunday and during the school holidays, Drop in Design at V&A gives all ages the chance to get involved with a variety of drawing and making activities. Inspired by the impressive collection of art and historical pieces in the Victoria and Albert Museum collection, the arts and craft sessions are bound to appeal to creatively minded kids.

Get creative
Each week, Drop in Design at V&A gives families the chance to hunt for ideas in the museum galleries and then create unique designs, from fancy hats to fantasy doors. There's also a special event for Children's Art Day where children can design their very own patchwork square to be added to the giant quilt at the V&A.

Drop in Design at V&A runs every Sunday from 10.30am - 5pm, 7th September 2008 - 19th December 2010. There are also extra dates arranged for selected school holidays. Admission is free.
